Predictive modeling
Volatility range estimates by asset, calculated from historical series and recent market conditions, with visible confidence intervals.
Manto Caudalecto combines predictive models and capital protection rules to help you make more sober investment decisions, without promises of profitability or euphoric speeches.
The problem
Analytical observation
The experience of cryptoasset markets suggests that a good part of the losses in small portfolios do not come from long-term market direction, but from decisions made during spikes of unmanaged volatility. Separating both factors is the starting point of our approach.
Methodology
Prices, volume and on-chain metrics of the main cryptoassets are updated in short and constant cycles.
Statistical and machine learning models estimate likely volatility ranges for the next few hours, not the exact price.
Each asset receives a relative risk score within the user's entire portfolio.
The system suggests position adjustments aligned with the risk profile declared by the user.
Conditions are constantly re-evaluated and alerts are generated when risk exceeds defined limits.
Algorithm transparency
The engine is not intended to predict the future price of an asset. Instead, it estimates the probability that volatility will remain within a given range and adjusts the recommended exposure accordingly. The parameters of each model are documented and reviewable, so that the user can understand which variables influence each specific recommendation.
About the approach
Manto Caudalecto is born from the idea that risk management should be as accessible as access to the markets itself. The team behind the product works with historical and real-time data to design exposure rules that can be explained, reviewed and challenged, rather than presenting the system as a closed box.
The goal is not to promise profitability, but to offer a more disciplined decision framework for those starting out in digital assets with limited capital.
Tools
Volatility range estimates by asset, calculated from historical series and recent market conditions, with visible confidence intervals.
Automatic position reduction rules when the estimated risk exceeds the threshold set by the user, before the loss materializes.
Periodic adjustments to portfolio allocation when an asset's risk score deviates significantly from its initial value.
Transparency
The following data corresponds to retrospective simulations (backtesting) over specific market periods. They do not constitute a projection of future results.
| Simulated scenario | Period | Average volatility | Result with risk management | Result without risk management |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Market correction | 90 day simulation | High | Progressive exposure reduction | Constant exposure, no adjustment |
| Side market | 180 day simulation | Average | Minor periodic rebalancing | No rebalancing |
| Sustained rebound | 120 day simulation | Medium-low | Exposure adjusted upwards gradually | Fixed exposure from start |
Methodological notice: Simulations are based on historical data and documented model behavior. Past results, simulated or actual, do not guarantee future results. Any investment in crypto assets carries the risk of loss of capital.
Student Access
Designed for small initial assets, this level allows you to explore the analysis engine with small positions, keeping all capital protection limits active.
The goal is for learning about risk management to precede any relevant investment decision.
Access to the platform includes complete documentation of the risk engine, so that the decision to invest is made with information, not pressure.
